Week 1

One week. One blasted week. You couldn't do it.
Too hungry, to weak-willed, idiot. You fail. Tomorrow, you pay.

I see you're still struggling... Just keep writing and fighting! You'll be fine eventually!! I'll try to comment here often, so you can see that I'm here, rooting for you!

How I overcame bulimia? Uhm... I wouldn't say I'm completely healed from bulimia. Last week I binged after at least 3 months and it hurt so freaking much, that I didn't binge/throw up again after that. >_< If it starts hurting, you'll automatically stay away from it... Give your best to stay away from puking for at least one week, then two, three etc. I know you can do it!
Once I can go without throwing up for more than 2 weeks, my body stops being weak and hungry for more food (as in wayyy too much food which leads to another round of puking) and then I start recovering. Since I know it will hurt very much if I puke after such a long time, I do my best to only eat until I'm 80% full. So there's enough room to drink something after a meal.

They mainly treated my depression in the psychiatry but they also took a look at my eating habits. Like I wasn't allowed to play with leftovers when I was done with eating...
My schedule was like this:
6.00 Wake up. On Mondays we had weigh-ins...
7.00 Breakfast: one bread bun, cut into two halves, each with a slice of cheese or some cream cheese. (There was also meat slices and nutella but I just love cheese! :3)
12.00 Lunch: Just whatever they served. I usually had something of the size of my fist or a little more than that.
15.00 Snack 1: I had one small fruit-milk-tetrapack or juice PLUS a joghurt, pudding or a piece of fruit.
18.00 Dinner: same as breakfast
20.00 Snack 2: same as snack
22.00 Bed time XD
During meals I drank tea or juice. If it wasn't time for some kind of meal, I had to drink mineral water. Each day we got one or two new 1 litre bottles.

Most of the time, I felt kinda full, I didn't even want to eat any snacks, but I did anyway because once we had to go to our rooms, we didn't have any access to food. If I skipped a meal, I'd get really hungry at night. I felt like I was eating soo much, but I actually lost weight during my stay (about one or two pounds a week)...?!

I hope I could help you somehow with my schedule... I got many nutritions and I never starved!
